These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between JossCasino and players who access, register for, or use any part of the platform. By registering an account, players confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Players are advised to retain a copy of these terms for their records.
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility. JossCasino is available to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. JossCasino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
1.2 One Account Per Player. Each player may hold one registered account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be suspended and any pending balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
1.3 Account Security. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted from a registered account is considered the responsibility of the account holder. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to customer support immediately.
1.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Players resident in certain jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play at JossCasino. This list includes but may not be limited to: United States of America, United Kingdom (without applicable licence), Australia, and other countries where online gambling is prohibited under local law. This list may be updated at any time.
1.5 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. JossCasino may require documentary verification of all information provided. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Bonus Terms and Promotions
2.1 Welcome Bonus. New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus package: a 300% match on the deposit amount up to a maximum of €2,000, plus 25 free spins on an eligible slot title as specified on the promotions page at the time of deposit.
2.2 Minimum Qualifying Deposit. The minimum deposit required to activate the welcome bonus is €10. Deposits below this amount will not trigger the welcome package.
2.3 Wagering Requirements. The welcome bonus (and free spin winnings, if applicable) is subject to a wagering requirement of 35× the bonus amount. This requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete wagering within the time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
2.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is €5 (or currency equivalent). Bets exceeding this amount during bonus playthrough may result in bonus forfeiture.
2.5 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%; live casino and RNG table games contribute 10%; video poker contributes 5%. Some titles may be excluded from wagering entirely — the current exclusion list is published on the promotions page.
2.6 Bonus Forfeiture. Players may choose to forfeit a bonus at any time through account settings. Forfeiting a bonus removes all associated winnings generated from bonus funds.
2.7 Promotional Terms. All other promotions — reload bonuses, cashback, free spins offers, and tournament entries — carry individual terms published on the respective promotion page. The general terms stated here apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods. JossCasino accepts deposits via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer, and local payment methods where available. All deposits are processed in the currency of the registered account.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit is €10. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
3.3 Withdrawal Requests. Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to verification requirements and outstanding wagering obligations. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received.
3.4 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal of €10,000 per day and €30,000 per month. VIP players may have enhanced limits applied to their accounts.
3.5 Verification Requirements. JossCasino applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures under its licensing obligations. Players must submit valid identification documents, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method before the first withdrawal is processed. Verification should be completed proactively to avoid delays.
3.6 Processing Times. Processing times are indicative: e-wallets 0–24 hours; debit/credit cards 2–3 business days; bank transfer 3–5 business days. These timeframes reflect JossCasino’s internal processing and do not include any additional time imposed by the receiving bank.
4. Responsible Gaming
4.1 Commitment. JossCasino is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling activity and are encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
4.2 Self-Management Tools. Through account settings, players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent or temporary self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during their active period.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and branding on the JossCasino platform are the property of JossCasino or its licensed suppliers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
JossCasino provides its platform on an as-is basis. The operator is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Maximum liability to any player is limited to the net funds held in the player’s account at the time of the relevant event.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which JossCasino holds its gaming licence. Disputes should be raised first with the customer support team. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, whose decision will be binding on the operator.
8. Amendments
